PIGEON CiTY GUiDE: HALIFAX, FOOD AND BEVERAGE
We are kicking off by featuring Halifax, Nova Scotia, a city known for its waterfront and fresh air. But, Halifax has a deeply committed food and beverage scene that is nationally and internationally recognized, that has majorly shifted over the last 15 years. Halifax is rich in talented entrepreneurs that are at the helm of this shift, and we can’t wait to introduce you. This guide isn’t “everything” that Halifax has to offer, but it sure is an excellent start to becoming savvy in the food and beverage landscape of the capital of Canada’s Ocean Playground. We have focused on the central neighbourhoods of Downtown Halifax and Dartmouth, accessible by sidewalk, bus, car, or scooter (if you dare), so roll with us.
